Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum 1 year experience in auto body or DRP processes.
• Willing to complete I-CAR Training.
• Basic computer skills.
• Knowledge of OE repair guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Document customer interactions and repair plans.
• Coordinate with insurance and customers through the repair process.
• Participate in daily production walks with the management team.
• Support team members as needed and help maintain KPIs.
• Uphold WOW values and company standards.
