Job summary

Gerber Collision & Glass in the United States is seeking a Parts Coordinator to manage orders, receiving, storage and dispatch of parts for each repair order, while ensuring accuracy and timely delivery. You will verify parts quality, track by RO number and enter invoices into the MIS system.

The role requires a high level of organization, effective communication, and the ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced auto body environment.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Automotive parts experience preferred.
• I-Car registered or working toward Gold Class certification.
• Strong communication and organizational abilities.

Responsibilities

• Order, receive, store, and dispatch parts for each repair order.
• Verify accuracy and quality of parts, tracking by RO#.
• Enter all parts invoices into MIS and note price changes.
• Communicate Parts Price Changes to the team.
• Ensure timely parts distribution to the shop per production schedule.
