Qualifications

• Collision parts experience in warehouse, dealership, or mechanical parts is preferred.
• Strong attention to detail to identify incorrect or damaged parts.
• Excellent organization and ability to manage multiple repair orders.
• Good communication and coordination with vendors and staff.
• Comfort using computers, email, and electronic tracking systems.
• Must have valid driver's license and reliability.

Responsibilities

• Manage the flow of collision parts and shop supplies from receiving to distribution.
• Inspect incoming parts and verify accuracy against repair orders.
• Mirror-match replacement parts and release to production when appropriate.
• Label, organize, stage, and distribute parts by vehicle and repair order.
• Notify estimators and production staff of defects or discrepancies.
• Coordinate with vendors to resolve shortages or incorrect orders.
• Maintain records for parts, vendor, returns, and credits.
• Monitor inventory levels and proactively order supplies to prevent shortages.
• Collaborate with estimators, technicians, vendors, and accounting to prevent delays.
