Qualifications

• Experience with collision repair parts in a dealership or warehouse setting.
• Familiarity with OEM, aftermarket and recycled automotive parts.
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in part handling.
• Strong organizational skills to manage multiple repair orders.
• Good communication and vendor coordination abilities.

Responsibilities

• Manage the smooth flow of collision parts and shop supplies from receiving to distribution.
• Inspect incoming parts and freight for quality and match to repair orders.
• Mirror-match replacement parts and release to production when verified.
• Label, organize, stage and distribute parts by vehicle and repair order.
• Monitor inventory levels and proactively order supplies to prevent shortages.
• Coordinate with estimators, technicians, vendors and accounting staff to prevent delays.
