Job summary

Crash Champions is seeking a parts coordinator to support our growing network of collision repair centers. You will receive, inspect, and organize parts for each job, ensuring accuracy and timely availability for repairs.

Responsibilities include matching parts to orders, coordinating with vendors, and handling invoicing within our estimating system. A valid US work authorization and a driver’s license are required.

Qualifications

• Legally authorized to work in the United States.
• High School Diploma or GED.
• Valid Driver’s License.

Responsibilities

• Receive and check in parts and match to repair orders.
• Inspect delivered parts for quality and timing.
• Return incorrect parts to vendor.
• Monitor deliveries and communicate status with vendors.
• Coordinate parts invoicing in Crash Champion’s estimating platform and make necessary corrections.
