Job summary

Michael Jordan Nissan in Durham, NC is seeking an Experienced Collision Estimator - Repair Planner for a full-time role. You will create accurate estimates and repair plans and coordinate with customers, insurers and technicians to ensure quality and timely repairs.

You’ll use CCC ONE, apply OEM repair procedures, manage multiple repairs, document thoroughly, and maintain strong customer relationships while meeting company standards for cycle time and profitability.

Qualifications

• Valid driver's license.
• Proficiency with CCC ONE.
• Working knowledge of OEM repair procedures and modern vehicle technology.
• Excellent organization, documentation and customer-service skills.
• Ability to manage multiple repairs effectively.
• Professional appearance, positive attitude, and dependable attendance.
• At least three years of collision estimating or repair-planning experience and DRP experience are preferred.

Responsibilities

• Create complete estimates and repair plans in CCC ONE.
• Guide vehicles from initial contact through final delivery.
• Research OEM repair procedures, scanning and calibration requirements.
• Collaborate with technicians, parts and paint teams, vendors and management to monitor progress and ensure customer satisfaction.
