Job summary

Gerber Collision & Glass is seeking a Parts Coordinator to manage ordering, receiving, storing, dispatching and returns of parts for each repair order. You will verify parts quality and accuracy to support shop production.

Responsibilities include vendor communication, entering invoices into the MIS, labeling and tracking parts by RO number, and ensuring timely distribution to the shop in line with the production schedule.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 1-3+ years automotive parts experience.
• Customer-service oriented with strong organizational ability.
• I-CAR registered (working towards Gold Class)

Responsibilities

• Order and receive parts as indicated on repair orders.
• Verify accuracy and quality of parts received.
• Enter all parts invoices into the MIS.
• Label and track parts by the RO number and store with vehicle/repairs.
• Communicate Parts price changes to required team members.
• Manage supplemental parts in MIS and reconcile vendor invoices.
