Job summary

Gerber Collision & Glass in Rochester Hills, MI, is seeking a Parts Coordinator to deliver an exceptional customer experience while managing parts for repair orders. You will verify parts quality, enter invoices, and keep parts organized with the MIS.

Ideal candidates have 1–3+ years automotive parts experience, strong communication, and attention to detail. I-Car is preferred; physical ability to lift 50 lbs and work in a fast-paced shop.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent with 1–3+ years in automotive parts environment.
• I-Car registration or working toward Gold Class certification is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Ensure WOW plan execution and smooth parts flow to the shop.
• Communicate customer requests to team and coordinate with vendors for parts.
• Verify parts quality, quantity and accuracy against repair orders.
• Enter invoices into the MIS and maintain accurate records.
• Label, track and store parts with RO number and vehicle.
