Job summary

Gerber Collision & Glass is seeking a Parts Coordinator to ensure a seamless customer experience by managing the ordering, receiving, storing, and dispatching of parts for each repair order. The role centers on verifying parts accuracy and quality to support the production schedule.

The ideal candidate has 1–3+ years in automotive parts, strong organizational skills, and I-CAR registration in progress; familiarity with Summit/RepairCentre MIS, Mitchell and Audatex is a plus.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• 1–3+ years of experience working with automotive parts (auto body parts bonus).
• Customer service oriented with strong organizational ability to manage pressure and conflicting demands and prioritize tasks.
• I-CAR Registered (working towards Gold Class).

Responsibilities

• Ensure WOW plan execution and consistency.
• Communicate all customer requests to appropriate team members.
• Order and receive parts via MIS, confirm quality, correctness and quantity.
• Ensure timely parts distribution to the shop per production schedule.
• Enter parts invoices into the MIS.
• Label and track all parts by the RO number and store with vehicle/repair schedules.
• Monitor Parts Price Changes and communicate to team.
• Reconcile vendor invoices and maintain discount integrity.
