Job summary

Gerber Collision & Glass is seeking a Parts Coordinator to deliver exceptional customer experiences by expertly managing parts from order to return. You will verify part quality, track inventory, and ensure timely delivery for each repair order, while communicating with vendors and the shop team.

The role requires strong organizational skills, 1–3+ years in automotive parts, and I-Car registration progress.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• 1–3+ years of experience with automotive parts.
• I-Car Registered (toward Gold Class) preferred.
• Strong customer service orientation and organizational skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with pressure and changing priorities.

Responsibilities

• Ensure WOW plan execution and customer requests are communicated to the team.
• Order and receive parts from vendors, verify quality and quantity for repairs.
• Distribute parts to shop in line with production schedule.
• Enter parts invoices into MIS and track parts with RO numbers.
• Monitor and communicate parts price changes and supplier invoices.
