Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Ensure WOW plan is executed consistently.
• Communicate customer requests to the team and vendors.
• Order, receive, and verify parts per repair orders.
• Distribute parts to shop per production schedule.
• Enter all parts invoices into MIS.
• Label and track parts by RO number; note PPI changes.
• Reconcile vendor invoices and discount terms.
• Assist with parts stock management and supplier coordination.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
