Job summary

Gerber Collision & Glass is seeking a Parts Coordinator to manage ordering, receiving, storing and dispatching parts for repair orders. You will verify part quality and accuracy against the production schedule, ensuring timely delivery to the shop and accurate MIS entries.

The role requires 1–3+ years in automotive parts, I-Car registration (progressing toward Gold Class), and strong customer service with sharp organizational skills to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Requires 1–3+ years automotive parts experience.
• I-Car Registered (working toward Gold Class).
• Strong communication and organizational skills; able to work under pressure.
• Proficient with MIS systems and parts sourcing tools.

Responsibilities

• Order, receive, store, and dispatch parts for repair orders.
• Verify accuracy and quality of parts in a timely manner per the production schedule.
• Enter all parts invoices into the MIS; monitor parts inventory and price changes (PPI).
• Label and track parts by RO# and coordinate with the shop.
