Job summary

Gerber Collision & Glass is seeking a Market Operations Leader for the Pennsylvania West Market, overseeing 8 locations. You will drive WOW execution, coordinate with General Managers, monitor performance, coach staff, and ensure safety and customer satisfaction across all shops.

Ideal candidates bring at least 5 years in collision repair and 3+ years in management, with ICAR Platinum certification preferred and an estimating license. We offer a strong salary and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

Minimum five years collision repair industry experience.
Minimum three years of management experience.
ICAR Platinum certification preferred.
Estimating license if applicable in the state.

Responsibilities

Ensure consistent execution of WOW plan for all locations.
Manage activities of all locations within the market through General Managers coordination.
Monitor capture rates to ensure stores utilize opportunities.
Coach staff and ensure SOP adherence and safety policies.
Recruit, interview, and train new hires.
Ensure customer satisfaction and address concerns as required.
Promote continuous education and development for employees.
Collaborate with marketing and team-building activities as needed.
Review location performance and coach for improvement.
Establish relationships with claims managers and dealer accounts.
