Job summary

Gerber Collision & Glass seeks a General Manager to lead the collision center operations, ensuring exceptional customer experiences and adherence to policies. You will coach the team, manage budgets, and drive through-put while maintaining safety and quality standards.

You will oversee staffing, performance reviews, and daily production, with a focus on delivering WOW service and KPI targets in a dynamic shop environment.

Qualifications

• Proven leadership experience in a collision repair environment or similar role.
• Post-Secondary Education or equivalent.
• Attention to detail and a high degree of accuracy.
• Clear written and verbal communication; ability to motivate others with coaching tools.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operations of the collision center.
• Forecast, target and track monthly sales, profit and expenses.
• Coach staff and conduct formal and informal performance reviews.
• Maintain a clean and organized repair facility and ensure safety compliance.
• Open/close the facility daily and coordinate production meetings.
