Responsibilities

• Ensure consistent execution of WOW (Wow Operating Way) plan for all locations.
• Manage activities of all locations within the market via General Managers and monitor capture rates.
• Coach staff to meet SOPs and document performance.
• Promote safe working conditions and review safety records.
• Coordinate with corporate staff to drive external growth and report on market performance.
• Conduct monthly reviews with location managers and liaise with claims managers.
