Job summary

Gerber Collision & Glass is seeking a Market Manager to oversee operations, profitability and customer experience across multiple locations within a defined market. You will lead location GMs, coach staff, and drive the WOW Operating Way initiatives to consistently outperform in collision repair services.

The role requires five years in the collision repair industry and at least three years in management, with ICAR Platinum certification preferred and a state-appropriate estimating license.

Qualifications

• Minimum five years collision repair industry experience.
• Minimum three years of management experience.
• ICAR Platinum certification preferred; estimating license may be required by state.

Responsibilities

• Ensure consistent execution of WOW plan for all locations.
• Manage activities of all locations within the market through General Managers.
• Recruit, interview and train new hires.
• Ensure customer satisfaction by coaching staff and resolving concerns.
• Review audits, safety records and ensure PPE compliance.
• Collaborate with corporate to drive external growth and report on market performance.
