Gerber Collision & Glass in the United States seeks a General Manager to run the store operations, deliver an exceptional customer experience, and drive KPI and insurance metrics. The GM will coach staff, ensure safety and quality standards, and lead by example in daily operations of the collision center.

Responsibilities include budgeting, staffing, performance reviews, and maintaining equipment while upholding WOW standards and superior customer service.

Qualifications

• Proven leadership experience in a collision repair environment or similar role.
• Post-Secondary Education or equivalent.
• Strong communication and coaching skills.

Responsabilités

• Ensure WOW plan is consistently executed.
• Manage annual and monthly operating budget for the collision center.
• Forecast, target and track monthly sales, profit and expenses.
• Lead and conduct regular performance reviews.
• Oversee accounts payable and receivable for the Collision Center.
