Gerber Collision & Glass is seeking a Market Manager to oversee operations and profitability across multiple Dallas-area locations. You will lead peers and staff, mentor General Managers, and drive WOW customer service and growth initiatives.

• Ability to read and understand financial statements.
• Extensive estimating experience.

Responsibilities

• Ensure consistent execution of WOW plan for all locations.
• Manage activities of all locations within the market through coordination with General Managers.
• Hold staff accountable to SOPs and company mission to WOW customers.
• Recruit, interview and train new hires; coach staff and resolve customer concerns.
• Promote safe working conditions and enforce safety policies.
• Collaborate with corporate to drive external growth of the market.
