Caliber Collision seeks a Collision General Manager in Albuquerque, NM, to oversee the center’s operations, from risk management to staff development and client metrics. The GM will drive production, ensure adherence to SOPs, and maintain profitability while guiding a team of technicians and support staff.

The role emphasizes leadership, strategic planning, and hands-on management to deliver safe, quality repairs and exceptional customer service in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of collision management experience.
• Valid driver’s license and eligibility for company insurance.
• Must be 21 years of age or older.

Responsibilities

• Oversee overall center operations including risk management, production, and administration.
• Lead teammate development and monitor client metrics to improve performance.
• Ensure repairs meet SOPs and industry standards while maintaining profitability.
