Caliber Collision has an immediate job opening for a Collision General Manager to oversee the center’s operations, including risk management, teammate development, client metrics, production, and administration.

This role will recruit and retain talented teammates, monitor financial performance, and review prior month metrics to identify opportunities and trends. The General Manager ensures repairs are thorough, safe, and profitable per SOPs and industry standards.

Qualifications

• Advanced understanding of Collision Estimatics.
• Must have prior experience with CCC1.
• Advanced knowledge of repair processes and procedures.
• Ability to understand written and verbal instructions.
• Ability to prioritize competing tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to provide personable, friendly customer service to internal and external customers.
• Ability to perform physical activities including lifting objects over 50 lbs.
