Job summary

Caliber Collision Concord is seeking a Collision General Manager to oversee the center's overall operations, including risk management, teammate development, client metrics, production, and administration. The role involves recruiting and retaining skilled teammates, monitoring financial performance, and reviewing monthly metrics for opportunities and trends.

The GM will ensure repairs are thorough, safe, and profitable, aligned with Caliber’s SOP, insurance partners, and industry guidelines.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of Collision Management Experience.
• Must have a valid driver’s license and be eligible for coverage under our company insurance policy.
• Must be 21 years of age or older.

Responsibilities

• Oversee center operations and risk management in alignment with SOP.
• Develop teammates and recruit/retain top talent to drive performance.
• Monitor and review monthly financial metrics to identify opportunities and trends.
• Ensure repairs are thorough, safe, and profitable per Caliber SOPs and industry standards.
