Responsibilities

• Document every customer interaction with pertinent details and keep records up-to-date.
• Guide customers through the repair process and provide excellent service.
• Ensure compliance with all insurance client requirements and metrics.
• Follow WOW Operating Ways for customer drop-offs, repair planning, and delivery.
• Communicate customer requests to the appropriate team members.
• Greet customers warmly in person and over the phone with positive energy.
• Understand insurance programs and procedures.
• Participate in daily production walks with management.
• Support team members as needed.
• Attend monthly Health & Safety meetings and training sessions as required.
