Job summary

Crash Champions in Miami is seeking a full-time estimator/customer service professional to educate customers on the repair process, insurance procedures, and vehicle value. You will complete and lock final repair estimates, manage repairs through completion, and keep customers informed with a high standard of service.

Role requires knowledge of estimating systems (CCC One, Mitchell, Audatex), strong organizational skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced shop while coordinating with

Qualifications

• Customer service experience preferred in auto repair or insurance environments.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced shop.
• Familiarity with insurance partner processes and estimate systems.

Responsibilities

• Educate customers on repairs, insurance procedures, rights, and value.
• Complete initial estimates, write final estimates after evaluation, and lock final estimates.
• Manage each repair throughout the process and ensure quality QC.
• Keep customers informed on status and provide excellent service.
• Coordinate data with Body Technicians and complete post-scanning for each vehicle.
• Pre-close final repair order, handle disbursement paperwork, address file exceptions, meet carrier requirements.
