Job summary

Crash Champions is seeking an experienced estimator in Florida to educate customers about the repair process, insurance steps, and vehicle value. You will prepare initial and final estimates, manage the repair through completion, and ensure high-quality workmanship with in-process QC.

You will coordinate with body technicians, review data procedures, and handle pre-close activities including paperwork and carrier requirements to deliver a seamless experience for customers.

Qualifications

• Customer service skills required.
• Strong organization and multi-tasking能力, time management in a fast-paced shop.
• Knowledge of dealing with Insurance partners preferred.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Knowledge of multiple estimating systems including CCC One, Mitchell and Audatex.

Responsibilities

• Educate customers on the repair process, insurance procedures, rights, techniques and value.
• Complete initial estimates, write final estimates after evaluation, lock final estimates.
• Manage each repair and ensure quality standards via in-process QC.
• Keep customers informed and provide the best possible experience.
• Pull and review data procedures with Body Technicians and complete post-scanning for each vehicle.
• Pre-close final repair order, handle disbursement paperwork and ensure carrier requirements are met.
