Job summary

Crash Champions is a leading collision repair operator with 650+ locations nationwide, offering comprehensive insurance-aware service. This role educates customers, prepares estimates, and guides repairs from start to finish, ensuring top quality and customer satisfaction.

You will work in a fast-paced environment, coordinating with insurance partners and technicians to deliver a seamless experience while adhering to company standards and timelines.

Qualifications

• Customer service skills required.
• Strong organization and multitasking abilities.
• Knowledge of dealing with insurance partners preferred.
• Experience handling fast-paced environments.
• Familiarity with estimating systems (CCC One, Mitchell & Audatex).

Responsibilities

• Educate customers on the repair process, insurance procedures, rights, and value.
• Complete initial estimates and final estimates after full evaluation.
• Manage each repair and ensure quality standards via in-process QC.
• Keep customers informed on vehicle status and provide a great experience.
• Review data procedures with Body Technicians and post-scan each vehicle.
• Pre-close final repair order and handle disbursement paperwork; meet carrier requirements.
