Job summary

Crash Champions in Michigan is seeking a customer-focused estimator to guide clients through the collision repair process, explain insurance steps, and ensure a transparent experience. This role emphasizes clear communication, accurate estimating, and ownership of repairs from intake to completion.

You will prepare initial and final estimates, supervise repairs, and coordinate with body technicians to maintain Crash Champions? quality standards.

Qualifications

• Customer service skills are required.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Knowledge of dealing with insurance partners preferred.
• Familiarity with estimatings systems (CCC One; Mitchell & Audatex) is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Educate customers on vehicle repairs, insurance processes, rights, and safety.
• Completes initial estimates, writes final estimates after full disassembly and damage evaluation, and locks final estimates.
• Manage each repair throughout the process to meet quality standards via in-process QC.
• Keep customers informed on vehicle status and provide a great customer experience.
• Pull and review data procedures with body technicians and complete post-scanning for each vehicle.
• Pre-close the final repair order and handle disbursement paperwork, ensuring carrier requirements are met.
