Job summary

Crash Champions in Alpharetta, GA is hiring an estimator and customer-service coordinator to guide customers through the repair journey, insurance steps, and timelines.

You will finalize estimates, oversee repairs with QC, and keep clients informed while coordinating with technicians and carriers to ensure carrier requirements are met for a smooth, transparent experience. The role requires strong organization, multitasking, and familiarity with CCC One, Mitchell or Audatex estimating systems.

Qualifications

• Customer Service Skills and strong communication are required.
• Excellent organization and multitasking in a fast-paced shop.
• Knowledge of dealing with Insurance partners is preferred.
• Familiarity with multiple estimating systems (CCC One, Mitchell, Audatex) is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Educate customers on the repair process, insurance procedures, rights, and value.
• Complete initial estimates and lock final estimates after evaluation.
• Manage each repair with in-process QC to meet quality standards.
• Keep customers informed about vehicle status and process updates.
• Review data with Body Technicians and complete post-scanning steps.
• Pre-close the final repair order and handle disbursement paperwork.
