Job summary

Gerber Collision & Glass Waxahachie, TX is seeking an Estimator to create accurate vehicle damage appraisals, coordinate repairs, and communicate with customers and insurers to ensure a smooth repair experience.

Minimum 2 years DRP estimating, CCC1/Mitchell experience preferred, and AR/AP exposure. Requires high school diploma and willingness to learn. Commission-based earnings with potential bonuses are offered.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of Repairs and OE guidelines.
• ROJECT experience in DRP/estimating processes.
• Familiarity with CCC1 and Mitchell software is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Ensure every customer interaction is documented and updated.
• Provide accurate information and guide customers through the repair process.
• Ensure compliance with insurance programs and internal processes.
• Communicate customer requests to the appropriate team members.
• Participate in daily production walks and team meetings.
• Assist teammates as needed and attend required trainings.
