Job summary

Gerber Collision & Glass in Titusville, FL is seeking an Estimator to deliver exceptional customer experiences while preparing accurate vehicle damage estimates and coordinating repairs with insurance companies throughout the repair process. You will document all customer interactions, use the CCC1 Estimating System, and collaborate with team members to meet KPIs.

A high school diploma is required; Geico/State Farm/Progressive DRP experience is a plus; I-CAR training is encouraged.

Qualifications

• Experience with CCC1 Estimating System.
• Preferred experience with Geico/State Farm/Progressive DRP programs.
• Knowledge of collision repairs and OE guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Document all customer interactions accurately and update records.
• Provide accurate, timely information to customers, guiding them through the repair process.
• Ensure compliance with all insurance program requirements and DRP metrics.
• Participate in daily production walks and team meetings.
• Support team members and participate in health & safety sessions as required.
