Job summary

Gerber Collision & Glass is seeking an Estimator to deliver an exceptional customer experience while creating estimates and coordinating repair needs. You will document damage assessments, communicate with customers and insurers, and align with team KPIs to drive successful outcomes.

Role emphasizes collaboration with the management team in production walks and adherence to DRP and WOW processes. A high school diploma, basic computer skills, and valid driver's license are required; I-CAR

Qualifications

• Knowledge of repairs and OE guidelines.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Awareness of where to look for answers.
• Basic computer skills.
• Compliance for DRP’s; minimum of 1-year experience.
• I-CAR training willingness.
• Valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Document and update customer information and repair details.
• Guide customers through the repair process with clear communication.
• Ensure compliance with insurance client requirements and WOW processes.
• Coordinate with team during production walks and daily operations.
• Assist team and participate in monthly safety and staff meetings.
