Job summary

Gerber Collision & Glass is seeking an Estimator to deliver exceptional customer experiences by accurately assessing vehicle damage and coordinating repair needs. You will document all interactions, inform customers and insurers, and ensure alignment with KPIs across the team.

The role emphasizes collaboration with a diverse team, adherence to DRP requirements, and active participation in safety and training programs. A high school diploma, basic computer skills, and I-CAR training are preferred.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of vehicle repairs and OE guidelines
• Basic computer skills required
• Awareness of DRP processes and compliance

Responsibilities

• Document every customer interaction accurately and timely
• Guide customers through the repair process and provide excellent service
• Ensure compliance with insurance client requirements and metrics
• Communicate customer requests to the team
• Participate in daily production walks with management
• Support team members as needed
• Attend required health, safety, and staff meetings
• Participate in training sessions recommended by Store Manager
