Job summary

Gerber Collision & Glass is seeking an Estimator to provide exceptional customer experience by assessing vehicle damage, creating estimates, and coordinating repair needs. You will communicate with customers and insurance companies to keep them informed throughout the repair process, while aligning with team KPIs and WOW standards.

Ideal candidates will have knowledge of repair procedures, a High School Diploma or equivalent, basic computer skills, and the ability to complete I-CAR training.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of vehicle repairs and OE guidelines.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Proficiency with basic computer tasks and DRP processes.

Responsibilities

• Document customer interactions accurately and promptly.
• Provide information and guide customers through the repair process.
• Coordinate repairs and communicate with insurance companies.
• Maintain KPI performance with the team and store manager.
