Job summary

Gerber Collision & Glass in Indiana is seeking an Estimator to deliver exceptional customer experiences while creating accurate vehicle repair estimates. You will coordinate repairs, communicate with customers and insurers, and ensure alignment with the facility’s KPIs.

The role requires knowledge of OE guidelines, DRP compliance, and I-CAR training (or willingness to pursue). A valid driver’s license and basic computer skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Awareness of where to look for answers.
• Basic computer skills and DRP compliance.
• Willingness to complete I-CAR training and hold a valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Document and update customer interactions accurately.
• Provide timely information and guide customers through the repair process.
• Ensure compliance with insurance client requirements and metrics.
• Follow WOW Operating Ways for drop-offs, planning, communication and delivery.
• Communicate customer requests to appropriate team members.
• Greet customers with positive energy in person and by phone.
• Know insurance programs and procedures relevant to repairs.
• Participate in daily production walks with management.
• Support team members as needed.
• Attend health & safety meetings and training as required.
