Job summary

Gerber Collision & Glass in Michigan seeks an Estimator to deliver an exceptional customer experience by creating detailed estimates and coordinating repairs. You will communicate with customers and insurers, document damages, and ensure alignment with the team to hit KPIs.

The role requires knowledge of repairs, DRP compliance, and I-CAR training eligibility, with a high school diploma and a valid driver's license. Growth and benefits are provided by the company.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of repairs and OE guidelines.
• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Awareness of where to look for answers.
• Basic computer skills.
• Compliance for DRPs; minimum of 1 year experience.
• Must be willing to complete I-CAR training.
• Valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Document and update every customer interaction accurately.
• Provide timely information and guide customers through the repair process.
• Ensure compliance with insurance client requirements and metrics.
• Align with WOW Operating Ways for customer drop-offs and scheduling.
• Communicate customer requests to appropriate team members.
• Offer positive energy when greeting customers in person and by phone.
• Participate in daily production walks with Management.
• Support team members and attend required training sessions.
