Job summary

Crash Champions is seeking a detail-oriented estimator/customer service professional to educate customers on repair processes, insurance procedures, and value. You will handle initial and final estimates, manage repairs, and ensure QC standards throughout the process.

You will keep customers informed, collaborate with Body Technicians, and complete pre-close activities and paperwork. A fast-paced environment requires strong multi-tasking and insurance knowledge.

Qualifications

• Customer service skills required.
• Strong organization and multitasking abilities in a fast-paced environment.
• Knowledge of dealing with insurance partners preferred.
• Experience with multiple estimating systems (CCC One, Mitchell, Audatex).

Responsibilities

• Educate customers on repair processes, insurance steps, rights, techniques, safety and value.
• Complete initial and final estimates; lock final estimates after evaluation.
• Manage each repair, ensuring Crash Champions quality standards via in-process QC.
• Keep customers informed and provide a superior experience.
• Pull and review data with Body Technicians; complete post-scanning steps.
• Pre-close final repair order and handle disbursement paperwork.
