Job summary

Crash Champions is hiring a Customer Service/Estimator to guide customers through collision repairs, insurance procedures, and repair estimates. You will manage each repair stage, ensuring quality and transparent status updates to customers.

The role requires coordinating with Body Technicians, performing post-scanning steps, and pre-closing orders with proper paperwork; experience with CCC One, Mitchell or Audatex is a plus.

Qualifications

• Customer service and organizational skills are essential.
• Experience dealing with insurance partners preferred.
• Ability to handle fast-paced environments and multitask.
• Familiarity with multiple estimating systems (CCC One, Mitchell, Audatex).

Responsibilities

• Educate customers on repairs, insurance, rights, and value.
• Complete initial and full repair estimates after damage evaluation.
• Manage repairs and ensure quality standards via in-process QC.
• Keep customers informed about vehicle status and progress.
• Pull/review data with Body Technicians and post-scan vehicles.
• Pre-close final repair order and handle disbursement paperwork.
