Job summary

Classic Collision is seeking a Collision Estimator at our Buford, GA location to oversee the customer experience from drop-off to delivery. You will prepare estimates, coordinate with insurers, and ensure clear communication throughout the repair process.

The role emphasizes high-quality service, accuracy in damage assessment, and collaboration with technicians to confirm all damages are identified. A strong focus on customer satisfaction is essential.

Qualifications

• Candidates must be at least 18 years old.
• Valid driver's license required.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Familiar with CCC1 estimating system; I-CAR/ASE certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Serves as the primary point of contact for the customer throughout the repair process from the point of drop-off through the delivery of the completed vehicle.
• Prepares estimate for customer and or insurance partners according to manufacturer and Classic Collision guidelines.
• Partners with the insurance companies to manage customers claim to insure the best customer experience.
• Maintains communication with customers providing updates on repair process.
• Coordinates with technicians to confirm all aspects of the damages are identified.
• Maintains customer satisfaction scores according to company standards.
• Perform quality inspection prior to vehicle delivery to the customer.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.
