Job summary

Classic Collision is seeking a Collision Estimator in Augusta, GA to serve as the primary contact for customers from drop-off to delivery. You will prepare and present estimates for customers and insurance partners, and coordinate with insurers to manage claims and ensure a smooth experience.

You will work with technicians to identify damages, maintain updates for customers, and perform final quality checks before delivery.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old
• Valid Driver's License required
• Ability to communicate clearly in writing, on the phone, and in person
• Familiar with estimating systems, CCC1 preferred
• I-CAR / ASE certification preferred
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Successful completion of background check required

Responsibilities

• Main point of contact for the customer during the repair process
• Prepares estimate for customer or insurance partners per guidelines
• Coordinates with insurance companies to manage claims and ensure good customer experience
• Maintains communication with customers with updates on repair progress
• Coordinates with technicians to identify all damages
• Maintains customer satisfaction scores per company standards
• Performs quality inspection before vehicle delivery
• Performs other related duties as assigned
