Job summary

Classic Collision is hiring a Collision Estimator in Georgia. You will act as the primary liaison with customers from drop-off to delivery, prepare estimates for customers and insurers, and coordinate with insurers and technicians to ensure accurate damages and high customer satisfaction.

The role requires estimating experience and preferred CCC1/I-CAR certifications, with a focus on integrity, quality, and teamwork.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Valid Driver's License Required.
• Ability to provide clear, concise information in writing, via phone and in-person.
• Prior collision estimating experience preferred.
• Familiar with estimating systems CCC1 preferred.
• I-CAR / ASE certification preferred.
• Strong organizational skills
• Successful completion of background check required.

Responsibilities

• Serves as the primary point of contact for the customer throughout the repair process from the point of drop-off through the delivery of the completed vehicle.
• Prepares estimate for customer and/or insurance partners according to manufacturer and Classic Collision guidelines.
• Partners with the insurance companies to manage customers claim to ensure the best customer experience.
• Maintains communication with customers providing updates on repair process.
• Coordinates with technicians to confirm all aspects of the damages are identified.
• Maintains customer satisfaction scores according to company standards.
• Perform quality inspection prior to vehicle delivery to the customer.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.
