Classic Collision is seeking a Collision Estimator in McDonough, GA. You will be the primary contact from drop-off to delivery, preparing estimates for customers and insurers and coordinating with insurance partners to ensure a smooth experience.

Analyze damages with technicians, update customers on progress, and uphold satisfaction scores. CCC1 experience is preferred, with I-CAR/ASE certifications encouraged and a valid driver's license required.

Formación

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Clear, concise communication in writing, over the phone and in person.
• familiarity with estimating systems CCC1 preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Serves as the primary point of contact for the customer throughout the repair process from the point of drop-off through the delivery of the completed vehicle.
• Prepares estimate for customer and/or insurance partners according to manufacturer and Classic Collision guidelines.
• Partners with the insurance companies to manage customers claim to ensure the best customer experience.
• Maintains communication with customers providing updates on repair process.
• Coordinates with technicians to confirm all aspects of the damages are identified.
• Maintains customer satisfaction scores according to company standards.
• Perform quality inspection prior to vehicle delivery to the customer.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.
