Gerber Collision & Glass in Muskegon, MI is seeking an Estimator to deliver an exceptional customer experience while assessing vehicle damage, creating estimates, and coordinating repair needs with customers and insurers.

The role emphasizes clear communication, adherence to DRP requirements, and collaboration with the management team to meet KPIs. Prior DRP experience and I-CAR training are valued.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of Repairs and OE Guidelines
• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Awareness of where to look for answers
• Basic Computer Skills
• Compliance for DRP’s Minimum of 1-year experience
• Must be willing to complete I-CAR Training
• Valid Driver’s License

Responsibilities

• Document and update all customer interactions with pertinent details
• Guide customers through the repair process and provide excellent service
• Ensure compliance with insurance client requirements and DRP processes
• Adhere to WOW Operating Ways for drop-offs, repair planning, and communication
• Communicate customer requests to team members
• Greet customers with positive energy in person and over the phone
• Understand required Insurance programs and procedures
• Participate in production walks with Management
• Support team members as needed
• Attend Health & Safety meetings and training sessions as required
