Job summary

Gerber Collision & Glass in Michigan seeks an Estimator to deliver an exceptional customer experience while accurately assessing vehicle damage and coordinating repairs with customers and insurers. You will document estimates, communicate progress, and work with the team to meet shop KPIs, while maintaining compliance with DRP requirements and insurance programs.

The role requires knowledge of repairs and OE guidelines, a High School Diploma, basic computer skills, willingness to complete I-CAR

Qualifications

• Knowledge of repairs and OE guidelines.
• Awareness of where to look for answers.
• Basic computer skills.
• Willingness to complete I-CAR training.
• Valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Document and update all customer interactions with pertinent details.
• Provide accurate information and guide customers through the repair process.
• Ensure compliance with insurance requirements and company procedures.
• Communicate customer requests to the team and assist during production walks.
• Assist in monthly health & safety meetings and training sessions.
