Job summary

Gerber Collision & Glass is seeking an Estimator to deliver an exceptional customer experience while assessing vehicle damage and coordinating repairs. You will document repairs, communicate with customers and insurers, and collaborate with team members to meet KPIs and WOW standards.

The role requires a high school diploma, 1+ year DRP experience, basic computer skills, and a willingness to complete I-CAR Training. Valid driver's license is necessary.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of Repairs and OE Guidelines.
• Basic computer skills required.
• Willingness to complete I-CAR Training.
• DRP compliance experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Document and update customer interactions accurately.
• Provide timely information and guide customers through the repair process.
• Ensure compliance with insurance requirements and WOW Operating Way standards.
• Communicate customer requests to the team and coordinate with staff.
• Participate in production walks and support teammates as needed.
• Help maintain store KPIs and uphold company values.
