Classic Collision Inc. is seeking a Collision Estimator in Georgia to manage the customer relationship from drop-off to delivery.

You will prepare estimates for customers and insurance partners in line with Classic Collision guidelines and coordinate with insurance companies to ensure a smooth claims process. You will maintain open communication with clients, coordinate with technicians to verify damages, and uphold high customer satisfaction scores.

Mansioni

• Serves as the primary point of contact for the customer throughout the repair process from the point of drop-off through the delivery of the completed vehicle.
• Prepares estimate for customer and/or insurance partners according to manufacturer and Classic Collision guidelines.
• Partners with the insurance companies to manage customers claim to ensure the best customer experience.
• Maintains communication with customers providing updates on repair process.
• Coordinates with technicians to confirm all aspects of the damages are identified.
• Maintains customer satisfaction scores according to company standards.
• Perform quality inspection prior to vehicle delivery to the customer.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.
