Job summary

Classic Collision in Georgia is seeking a Collision Estimator to be the primary contact for customers from drop-off through delivery of the repaired vehicle. You will prepare estimates and collaborate with insurance partners, keeping customers informed and guiding the repair process.

Responsibilities include coordinating with technicians, maintaining satisfaction scores, and performing quality inspections. Benefits and advancement opportunities are offered in a growing company.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Valid Driver's License required.
• Ability to provide clear, concise information in writing, via phone and in-person.
• Familiar with CCC1 estimating system (preferred).
• I-CAR / ASE certification preferred.
• Strong organizational skills.
• Successful completion of background check required.

Responsibilities

• Serves as the primary point of contact for the customer throughout the repair process from drop-off to delivery of the completed vehicle.
• Prepares estimate for customer and/or insurance partners according to manufacturer and Classic Collision guidelines.
• Partners with the insurance companies to manage the customers claim to ensure the best customer experience.
• Maintains communication with customers providing updates on repair process.
• Coordinates with technicians to confirm all aspects of the damages are identified.
• Maintains customer satisfaction scores according to company standards.
• Performs quality inspection prior to vehicle delivery to the customer.
• Performs other related duties as assigned.
