Job summary

Classic Collision is hiring a Collision Estimator. Established in 1983 in Atlanta, Georgia, Classic Collision focuses on safety, quality, integrity, and heart in every vehicle repaired.

This role offers competitive pay, benefits, and advancement opportunities, with compensation based on commission driven by sales volume. As the primary contact throughout the repair process, you will prepare estimates for customers and insurers, coordinate with technicians, and strive to deliver outstanding

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Valid Driver's License required.
• Ability to provide clear, concise information in writing, via phone and in-person.
• Prior collision estimating experience preferred.
• I-CAR / ASE certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Serves as the primary point of contact for the customer throughout the repair process from drop-off to delivery.
• Prepares estimate for customer and/or insurance partners according to guidelines.
• Partners with insurance companies to manage claims for best customer experience.
• Maintains communication with customers with updates on repair progress.
• Coordinates with technicians to confirm all damages are identified.
• Maintains customer satisfaction scores according to company standards.
• Performs quality inspection prior to vehicle delivery to the customer.
• Performs other related duties as assigned.
