Job summary

Classic Collision is hiring a Collision Estimator in Georgia to guide customers from drop-off through final vehicle delivery. You will prepare estimates for customers and insurers, coordinate with insurance partners, and ensure a smooth claims process with our CCC1 system.

You will maintain clear communication with customers, supervise the repair progression, and ensure high satisfaction while upholding safety and quality standards.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Ability to provide clear, concise information in writing, via phone and in-person.
• Familiar with estimating systems CCC1 preferred.
• I-CAR / ASE certification preferred.
• Strong organizational skills; background check required.

Responsibilities

• Serves as the primary point of contact for the customer throughout the repair process from drop-off to delivery.
• Prepares estimate for customer and/or insurance partners according to guidelines.
• Partners with insurance companies to manage claims for best customer experience.
• Maintains communication with customers with repair updates.
• Coordinates with technicians to confirm damages are identified.
• Maintains customer satisfaction scores according to standards.
• Performs quality inspection prior to vehicle delivery.
• Performs other related duties as assigned.
