Classic Collision Inc. in Douglasville, GA is seeking a Collision Estimator to serve as the primary point of contact for customers from drop-off through delivery of the repaired vehicle.

You will prepare estimates for customers and insurers and coordinate with technicians to ensure all damages are identified. Strong communication and organizational skills are essential; CCC1 estimating system experience is preferred, and I-CAR or ASE certification is a plus.

Competenze

• Experience with estimating processes and CCC1 preferred.
• I-CAR or ASE certification preferred.
• Background check required.
• Strong organizational skills.
• Must be 18 years or older.
• Valid driver’s license required.

Mansioni

• Serve as primary point of contact for customers during repair.
• Prepare estimates for customers and insurers according to guidelines.
• Coordinate with insurance companies to manage claims and customer experience.
• Maintain communication with customers providing updates on repair process.
• Coordinate with technicians to identify all damages.
