Crash Champions in Cranston, RI is hiring for a customer-focused estimator role in our busy collision repair network. You will educate customers, prepare estimates, and guide repairs from intake to close, ensuring high quality and satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Experience in auto body repair or collision repair environments.
• Familiar with insurance procedures and customer rights.
• Proficient in estimating software (CCC One, Mitchell & Audatex).

Responsibilities

• Educate customers on repair process, insurance procedures, rights, safety and value.
• Prepare initial and final repair estimates after evaluation.
• Oversee each repair to ensure quality standards and QC.
• Keep customers informed on status and ensure a great experience.
• Review data procedures with Body Technicians and post-scan each vehicle.
• Close repair orders and manage paperwork, ensuring carrier requirements are met.
