Job summary

Gerber Collision & Glass in Owensboro, KY, seeks an Estimator to deliver exceptional customer experiences by creating precise estimates and coordinating repair needs. You will document damages, communicate with customers and insurers, and guide every step of the repair process to meet facility KPIs.

You'll work closely with the management team, participate in daily production walks, stay compliant with DRP programs, and support colleagues while pursuing I-CAR training and maintaining a valid

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum 1 year experience in a collision/estimation role.
• Must be willing to complete I-CAR Training.
• Valid Driver’s License.
• Knowledge of repairs and OE guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Document every customer interaction with pertinent details and update records.
• Provide customers with accurate information and guide them through the repair process.
• Ensure compliance with insurance client requirements and DRP processes.
• Communicate customer requests to appropriate team members and coordinate with insurers.
• Participate in daily production walks with the Management Team and attend health & safety meetings.
• Support all team members as needed and maintain a positive energy when greeting customers.
